O shit

Yeah, my worst fear might just come true. I got back from a doctors appointment about an hour ago, they noticed a dark spot on my skin and cut it out and are doing a biopsy on it. They have a strong suspicion that it's melanoma which is the most serious type of skin cancer. Im shaking and crying, I literally don't know what to do. A lot of my family in the past has had melanoma and very few of them survived it. Am I really strong enough to fight this if I do have it?
